Design
Consultant Peter
Lea
Originally
from Perth where he designed 1 off homes mainly
for the luxury market, Peter moved to Margaret
River in 1997 for a different lifestyle and
the opportunity to create different designs.
He is a member of the Builders Design Association
and has been with Wightman Building Company
since July 2000.
Peters
design principles focus on the use of Site conditions
& natural elements to provide sunshine,
breeze, & comfort.
His
designs are carefully zoned functional buildings
combined with balanced use of practical materials,
resulting in attractive structures without the
need for excessive expensive 'features' serving
little or no purpose.
The
broad variation in building styles in the South-West
allow home owners to express their individuality
without feeling compelled to conform with neighbouring
buildings
